Back in Super League and, at this point in time it looks like we have a good chance of staying there. So it's with gay abandon that we use this issue to rip the p*ss out of everyone el... well, Wigan. Oh how such things always come back to bite you, but what the hell - it was fun while it lasted. Just reminisce and toy over what might have been had the Goons not bought their way out of trouble (again). Enjoy...

Ah yes, what a summer! Okay, we've recently choked at Blackpool but so what? We're still on course to achieve the targeted return to Super League and are enjoying that feeling you get when you're up the top of the table and pushing forward. It's a pretty novel feeling for Cas fans, so just let us have our moment.

See.. it's not all bad! Just a few months after our relegation and already bouncing back and looking at a new season in which we're still getting used to being called 'favourites'. In this issue we say hello again to Featherstone after a long absence, take a critical look at some of the 'near the knuckle' chants and terrace songs, and Stu Main from Castigers.Net delivers a cautionary message about the season to come. Oh, and there's a few jokes about Fev too.

Issue 22 symbolised our 'dark' period - a bit like Metallica's Black Album, only without the music. To be fair though, at the time the Tigers are on the verge of their first ever relegation in their near 80 year history so doom and gloom is the order of the day. Inside we look at things to come, discuss Mr Hanley's short Cas career, welcome a new Supporters Club and even have a go at the French. Well, we were upset.

"Sack the Board!" .. This would have easily been our most controversial issue ever if not for the fact that we were talking about the scoreboard, not the, er, 'board' board. Also in Issue 17 we have a few question for the Tigers' Lottery Manager, we lament a cup exit at the hands of Wakefield and we bring you a tasty pin up of a League hottie in 'Hunks of Super League'... Phwoooor!!
